We help our clients develop strong employer brands that enable them to retain, attract and motivate employees.

We believe that existing key employees must be shown that they are valued by the company before it can attract and retain new employees.

We interview both newly employed and more experienced employees, speak to the managers who are short of employees, and evaluate competitors’ employee branding activities.

Based on these insights, we work with the client to express the promise that makes the company relevant, unique and attractive to its employees – the employer value proposition.

Subsequently, we develop a communication strategy and platform as well as specific activities based on this proposition - sometimes in collaboration with other agencies.
