Are your managers making the most of LinkedIn? We take the management team through a hands-on workshop and show in two to three hours how LinkedIn can add value to your organization, how individual managers can differentiate and position themselves, and how LinkedIn can support sales, branding, and recruiting.

LinkedIn is a communication channel that is hard to avoid if you want to position yourself as a company, attract customers or new colleagues. It is the largest professional network in the world and has a great potential that this workshop can help you realize. After two hours, participants will leave with new knowledge about the possibilities of the medium, clarification of the role LinkedIn can play in overall communication, and practical advice on how to publish and achieve goals. The workshop consists of two parts:

Part 1: Why LinkedIn is an important medium

In the first part of the workshop, we will look at why LinkedIn is an important medium and why personal profiles are so important:

  • Knowledge and inspiration about reach and audiences on LinkedIn
  • Insights into the opportunity to strengthen brand, sales and recruitment
  • What do the best do? Gain knowledge and inspiration by reviewing examples

Part 2: How to get published

What kind of content will LinkedIn and your followers respond to? When and how often should you post, share, comment, and respond? What topics and content types can each manager position themselves with? And what is the best way to use mentions, hashtags, groups, and sponsored content? These are some of the questions we will answer in the second part, which is designed to help participants get started with publishing:

  • Get a sharper personal profile – we review everything from photo to profile text
  • Expand your network in minutes
  • Create visibility and awareness – simple tips to help you stand out
  • Tips for great content – what can you write about and how?
  • How to get help from others to maintain your profile

Customize your LinkedIn workshop

In our experience, two to three hours with a group of executives is sufficient to cover the various topics and get participants up to speed. However, we can tailor the length and content to meet your specific needs and target the workshop to other groups of employees in your organization. For example, if it is more relevant to help a single senior manager, department or team leaders, a group of specialists, or a group of salespeople.

At the same time, they also needed to attract graduates to the air traffic controller programme to have enough air traffic controllers to handle the airspace over Denmark in the future. They felt that there was a lack of a unified and unifying narrative about Naviair as a workplace.
