Development of international PR Toolbox

SAS International wanted to professionalize the work with media relations in its subsidiaries.

The challenge was that the subsidiaries had limited and diverse communication resources and competencies and therefore were struggling to live up to the wishes of the SAS headquarters.

RelationsPeople developed a ‘toolbox’ concept and tested it in media trainings of leaders and employees in subsidiaries in Bangkok and Copenhagen.
