A newly appointed Communication Director had to conduct organizational changes and develop a new international communication strategy.

Upon assuming the position, the Communication Director conducted a series of interviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Despite comprehensive experience, the Communincation Director had to digest and interpret the interviews himself. Hence, he was afraid that he could miss important aspects of the interviews.

Through an individual and confidential program with two advisors from RelationsPeople, the Communication Manager received sparring on the interview process, organizational changes and the new communication strategy.

At the start of the program, the Communication Director was given a personality test, which provided an anchor point for insights as to how he was best motivated and what he could do to improve his own performance.
