We founded RelationsPeople with the ambition to create a communications agency with a solid business sense. For 20 years we have stayed true to this ambition and created substantial changes for our customers.
We work closely with our customers to change their organisation, improve their reputation or gain market shares. In order to meet these goals, we challenge conventional thinking and develop creative and practical solutions that provide a lasting difference.
How we work
Our name is RelationsPeople, because we believe that each consultant’s personal and professional competencies are essential when building the trust necessary to provide successful consultancy. We also believe that experience is vital to our guidance when analysing and assessing alternative opportunities, as well as navigating safely in a complex organization.
Because of this, every client in RelationsPeople is provided with an experienced consultant that draws on at least 15 years of experience, as responsible for the collaboration. When the task demands it, the consultant will have a team of colleagues and will include external specialists, should we not have the required competencies in-house.
About the company
RelationsPeople is a Danish, partner-led, privately listed company established in 2000 as part of PeopleGroup. Jan Duckert, Kristian Eiberg, Sofie Desmareth Riemann and Kristoffer Kej own the company together. RelationsPeople is a member of the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI), the trade association DI for advisers and the confederation DI for management advisers.
We continuously keep ourselves professionally updated through close connections with institutions for higher education where we teach, participate in research collaborations, and host interns. Each year, we award the best cand.merc.(comm.) master thesis in collaboration with Copenhagen Business School.
