Sofie is a leading character on several of the bureau’s client teams. She sets the agenda and creates positions for the clients, as well as excelling as adviser in crisis management, media training and influencer marketing.

Nikoline is project manager on several of the bureau’s many projects in product PR, event planning, influencer campaigns and product testing. When she is not busy in the office, she works as voluntary copy writer and communications consultant for the music festival Musik i Lejet.

Pernille is the intern at the agency, and alongside she is studying a master’s degree in communication at Aalborg University in Copenhagen. She comes with practical experience in social media and text production, among other things. Pernille’s interest lies within the strategic perspective, and she thrives when allowed to immerse herself in new cases and think creatively. In her spare time, she can be found working on a new DIY project or reading a new book.

Mai holds a Master’s degree in business communication and is passionate about bridging technical knowledge and easy-to-understand messaging. Most recently, Mai held the position of marketing coordinator, where she worked in several disciplines within marketing and communication in the B2B segment. With more than three years of experience, Mai has built up broad competencies in PR, copywriting and project management.

Laura has a Master’s degree in Communication, specializing in internal communication and experience from the festival and music industry, where her main interface has been coordination and copywriting. At RelationsPeople, Laura works on two of the agency’s biggest clients and thrives on strategic communication and copywriting as well as traditional PR and project management. When she’s not in the office, she’s at the piano or at a metal concert.

Kristoffer reaches far and wide as communications adviser and has a particularly strong background in employer branding. He is highly skilled in working with narratives and has launched several defining employer brands that are still utilised in the organisations.

In 2000, Kristian founded RelationsPeople. He is an expert on leading and developing strategic processes, training leaders in communicating and steering organisations through changes or crises, Kristian has previously worked as a management consultant and Head of Communications in an international company. Apart from that, he is an adviser on several boards and regularly teaches at Copenhagen Business School.

Kenneth is an experienced writer with a knack for spotting the good story and uncovering interesting angles. He is comfortable in most genres and has a strong background work with the press, when the stories are ready to be brought to life.

Joacim is a seasoned journalist with an eye for business, media and politics. He is sharp with the pen and contributes to the agency with his knowledge of what makes stories live in the press and what makes a good story. When he’s not at work, he enjoys being in the kitchen and has a love for literature.

Eva’s home turf is sustainability/ESG and communication, building on a 20 year-long experience within this field. Is often found as head writer on sustainability reports for some of Denmark’s largest corporations as well as writing and editing content for Denmark’s longest running platform for sustainability professionals.

Bjørn comes from a world of finance, law and politics where he has worked as press officer in several organisations, most recently Alm. Brand. When Bjørn is not working, you can find him at Kløvermarken wearing a burgundy football shirt or in Pumpehuset for a concert.

Anita is a rhetorician specialized in speech writing who passionately creates relevant and vivid storytelling and communication. Combined, Anita has more than six years of experience working with political, commercial and journalistic communication – and she is skilled within writing, social media, campaign project management and PR.

Anders was a senior advisor at RelationsPeople from 2017-2024. At the end of 2024, he is Communications Director at LEO Pharma A/S and associated with RelationsPeople as an associate, not least due to his continued interest in the book The Communications Advisor, which he co-authored, and the research project behind it.

Alexandra manages the operation on two of the agency’s largest clients, where she works with traditional and product PR as well as events. Alexandra is particularly passionate about language, detail and relations, and when she’s not working she’s painting and preparing quizzes for the office’s social events.
