Employer brand development to strengthen recruitment
After Evida moved its headquarters from Copenhagen to Viborg, the recruitment of specialists became a challenge. RelationsPeople developed an employer brand, including a strategy and core narrative to tackle this challenge.
Due to its geographical location, Viborg is in direct competition with Aalborg and Aarhus, especially for specialised candidates. The challenge was to attract 50 highly qualified specialists to the new Viborg office in competition with the two major cities. The wish list included controllers, digital business developers, market analysts and data specialists.
RelationsPeople was asked to develop an employer brand for Evida. The project consisted of an initial analysis phase, including many interviews with employees and managers, workshops, and work meetings. The analysis formed the basis for the strategy, message development, core narrative and final employer brand.
The final part of the project was the actual launch, which included a new job site, films, and an employee advocacy programme with a series of LinkedIn workshops for employees and managers.
One year into the project, Evida had recruited 86 new employees.
