Many employer branding managers are single-handedly responsible for a mission that is critical to the business and requires collaboration across multiple internal functions. At the same time, they find that their day-to-day work is stretched thin by managing and developing content for multiple channels, such as writing job ads and supporting one-off hires.
If you work in a communications or HR function and want to take your employer branding work to a more strategic level, this masterclass is for you.
Over the course of two half days, you will be presented with inspiring cases, proven models and methodologies, and have the opportunity to discuss employer branding in practice with others who share your responsibilities.
In between the two half-day courses, there will be a practical homework assignment based on your own company/organization, so that the content is as close to your everyday life as possible.

Who is teaching the masterclass?
Kristoffer Kej (+45 22 65 52 56) is CEO and partner at RelationsPeople and has carried out a large number of employer branding projects for both Danish and international clients over the past 15 years. Kristoffer has given a number of external presentations and lectures on employer branding and has previously moderated RelationsPeople’s network for employer branding managers, the Employer Branding Forum.
Kristian Eiberg (+45 22 65 52 51) is Director and Partner at RelationsPeople and has extensive experience in implementing strategic projects for clients, including employer branding projects. As a sparring partner for top executives and advisors to top executives, Kristian will contribute with insights on how employer branding managers can get their project on the management agenda – and make sure it stays there.
