Communication training for managers and specialists
A large international company wanted to improve the internal communication skills of managers and specialists.
The IT and Sourcing departments of a large international company headquartered outside Copenhagen wanted to strengthen the communication skills of managers and specialists – primarily internal and written.
Together with the management of the two departments, RelationsPeople developed a concept for effective communication planning and concrete instructions for good written communication. The concept was illustrated with concrete examples from the organisation.
RelationsPeople trained 75 Danish and foreign managers and specialists in four half-day workshops, where the participants were introduced to the concept and gained practical experience in applying it to concrete cases from their own daily work. RelationsPeople then prepared the managers to travel to foreign subsidiaries and train local employees in a train-the-trainer session.
