The Nivaagaard Collection was considering how the museum could further increase visitor numbers and create new activities for its visitors.
The staff and management at Nivaagaard Collection had knowledge of the museum’s visitors, but no knowledge of the awareness of the museum and potential.
Working closely with the museum’s management and board, RelationsPeople carried out qualitative and quantitative analysis and developed a commercial strategy for the museum.
