Roskilde Congress Centre wanted to make better use of the spare capacity between concerts and sporting events. RelationsPeople helped with a programme to identify target groups and work strategically with editorial plans.
Roskilde Congress Centre is in many ways a success for the region. Great concerts, major sporting events, successful lectures. But at the same time, the centre had spare capacity that could be used for even more events. One of the possibilities was for companies to have meetings, conferences, etc. at Roskilde Congress Centre.
Roskilde Congress Centre decided to go through a process that would both clarify the different target groups and then adapt the basic story, as well as a process that would structure the practical communication from Roskilde Kongrescenter to the target groups.
RelationsPeople developed and led the process to strengthen the basic narrative for Roskilde Kongrescenter together with the management and communication/marketing. The big ideas were then fleshed out in a self-help programme based on a rolling editorial plan that brought all communication initiatives together in a structured flow. At the same time, this demonstrated the great potential that Roskilde Congress Centre already possessed and set it in motion.
