
Accenture: thought leadership platform for their leaders
International technology and consulting company Accenture works with a thought leadership platform for a number of executives to ensure greater visibility and support sales.
We collaborated with Accenture to create a platform for selected spokespersons in key business areas, to enhance their positioning in the Danish market and strengthen sales.
The platform has three strategic themes for each leader that support the business strategy and have a personal touch according to the individual leader.
Activation plans were developed for each manager’s target group across relevant channels, such as presentations at conferences, selected media, and participation in strategic networks.
Several spokespersons have achieved regular columns in relevant media outlets such as Finanswatch, Finans, Computerworld, Itwatch, and Markedsføring. This provides a starting point for relevant communication with the target audience in other channels, including LinkedIn. LinkedIn is increasingly important for dialogue with managers’ most important stakeholders.
The platform has given leaders a clearer voice within their business areas, and they are experiencing more enquiries from both customers and business partners.
