The Process Industry is a large member association in Dansk Industri (employer organisation), which includes some of the largest manufacturing companies in Denmark, and the desire was to make their profile clearer towards members and other stakeholders.
The members come from several different industries – food, ingredients, chemistry, building materials and more – and therefore their interests vary. But while there are many things that set them apart, one thing they have in common is that the operation of their process plants requires a lot of energy.
The board of the Process Industry had adopted a new strategy that, among other things, aimed to sharpen the association’s profile towards members, potential members, and other stakeholders.
Together with the secretariat and board, RelationsPeople developed the Process Industry’s first communication strategy and a strong core narrative that emphasized what is special and differentiating about the Process Industry.
To support the execution of the communication strategy and core narrative, RelationsPeople developed position papers, a social media strategy, a new format for member meetings and member analyses in collaboration with the head of the secretariat and the members. In addition, in collaboration with graphic design company Punktum Design, RelationsPeople developed a new visual identity for the Process Industry.
