A service company with operations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland wanted to develop its first Nordic communications strategy.
The company had grown rapidly by acquiring companies in each of the Nordic markets. The acquired companies were national, so the communication task was very different from country to country. A Nordic communications strategy for all markets had to be flexible and adaptable to national conditions.
Together with the communications director, RelationsPeople developed a strategic concept for a communications strategy. We developed the different parts of the communications strategy in smaller workshops with the communications management team, and finally we facilitated a full-day workshop with all Nordic communications staff. Based on this, we developed the company’s first Nordic communications strategy.
