Nivaagaards Malerisamling contemplated how the museum could improve the customer experience and increase the number of visitors.

The museum’s management had information on its current visitors. However, they needed insights on how well current and potential visitors knew the museum in order to assess the potential for development.

In close collaboration with the museum’s management and board of directors, RelationsPeople conducted qualitative and quantitative analyses and developed a commercial strategy for the museum.
