Dansk Byggeri (The Danish Construction Association) had conducted its annual quantitative member survey and wanted to gain deeper insights from its members to contribute to a strategic process.

Specifically, Dansk Byggeri (the Danish Construction Association) was interested in the members’ suggestions on what the organization should focus on to remain relevant and attractive to its members.

RelationsPeople conducted a comprehensive qualitative interview survey among 46 respondents. The survey included not only managers with the members of Dansk Byggeri, but also political spokespersons within business, climate and energy and labor market, officials within relevant directorates, agencies and ministries, mayors from major municipalities, and trade journalists.

The consultants who had conducted all interviews presented the findings of the study at various workshops with the executive management and board of directors and had the opportunity to elaborate on the conclusions in the report.
