We have many years of experience in developing strong thought leadership positions for organisations, their managers, and experts. We help our clients develop strong thought leadership positions by communicating their knowledge and attitudes in an engaging way.

How we work with thought leadership

Our approach is based on the idea that a thought leadership position is built on three components: knowledge, attitude, and action. Based on a clear strategy, we help clients identify and communicate the knowledge that already exists within the organisation. If necessary, we also help produce new knowledge, for example surveys. And then we help formulate positions that secure speaking opportunities and media columns. Finally, we identify opportunities for concrete actions that can further strengthen the position. This could be events, partnerships, or collaborations with universities or other organisations.

When working with leaders or experts as thought leaders, we emphasise basing communication on their personal interest. We also support their personal drive with ghost-writing of content and training in delivering the messages.

In the past, we have developed positioning strategies based on analysing the market and competitors. And we have helped our clients to position themselves with interesting content for their channels, press stories, columns, and conference presentations.
