ISS World Services wanted to communicate the high quality of its deliverables within one of its business areas in a more consistent way.
With more than 500,000 employees in 50 countries, it was however difficult to ensure that all entities always spoke with one voice.
In collaboration with the company’s marketing function, RelationsPeople developed a global message platform for all channels in all markets. The concept was later introduced by ISS in other business areas.
