We tailor our training courses so that the focus and framework are developed in close dialogue with the client. Courses are based on realistic cases, concrete issues and proven models so that participants can apply the training to their daily work.
Our training concepts are based on our full range of services, but also include media and messaging training, executive communications training, writing courses, communications strategy development courses, LinkedIn courses, influencer activation and much more.
Below you’ll find examples of some of the trainings we most frequently deliver, but we can design workshops and training in any of our service areas to meet your organization’s needs.

Employer Branding Masterclass
Employer Branding Masterclass
Many employer branding managers are single-handedly responsible for a mission that is critical to the business and requires collaboration across multiple internal functions. At the same time, they find that their day-to-day work is overwhelmed by managing and developing content for multiple channels, such as writing job ads and supporting one-off hires.
If you work in a communications or HR function and want to take your employer branding work to a more strategic level, this masterclass is for you.
Over the course of two half day workshops, you will be presented with inspiring cases, proven models and methodologies, and have the opportunity to discuss employer branding in practice with others who share your responsibilities.
Between the workshops, there will be a practical homework assignment based on your own organization, so that the content is as close to your everyday life as possible.
What will you learn from the Masterclass?
- You will get a basic understanding of how to develop an employer brand from A to Z, or how to develop the brand you already have.
- You will understand what makes a good employer branding strategy that doesn’t end up in a drawer.
- You will get concrete ideas on how to bring the employer brand to life in your organization – and how to make employees and managers good ambassadors.
- Gain insight into how to position yourself and your employer branding project within the organization and the pitfalls to avoid.
