Kristian Eiberg holds an MSc in Business, Language and Culture from Copenhagen Business School, a MSc in Public Relations from the University of Stirling (UK), and an advertising diploma from International Advertising Association. He was also trained as an executive coach at the Coaching Institute.

Kristian holds previous experience as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney and was in charge of international public relations at Oticon A/S, where his work also included international sales and business strategy. Also, Kristian is an associate professor at Copenhagen Business School where he has been lecturing since 1993, and he is a board member of the Danish green think tank, CONCITO.

Sofie Desmareth Riemann holds an MA in communication and Danish language from Roskilde University and she is also trained as a process consultant from Ramboll Management. Sofie has worked as a communications consultant for several communication agencies and most recently as senior advisor at Morsing, where she has advised both Danish and international companies in strategic communication and public relations.


Anders Monrad Rendtorff

Anders Monrad Rendtorff holds an MA in Public Relations from Roskilde University and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School. Anders has 25 years of experience within all areas of communication. He has most recently held positions as senior vice president in two Danish listed companies, Vestas and Coloplast. In both companies he had the global responsibility for communication, branding and public affairs, and he also played a lead role in the development and implementation of corporate business strategy. Previously, Anders hold positions as communication director with Telia, Copenhagen Business School, Ericsson and BG Bank and worked as a communications advisor with Advice. Anders is associate professor at the Copenhagen Business School, chairman of GAME and spokesperson for the new Danish communication community, K1.


Nikoline Meincke Larsen

Nikoline Meincke holds a cand.comm. in Communication from Roskilde University. Nikoline has extensive experience with community building on social platforms and digital strategic communication from her previous position at Lead Agency. In addition, Nikoline works as a volunteer communication officer for the festival Musik I Lejet, where she is, among other things, the project manager for the preparation of content for the social media.


Helle Børglum

Helle is attached to RelationsPeople as associate partner and has had her own consulting business for 10 years, focusing on development and management of people and organisations. She has a degree in theory of education from Copenhagen University and is trained as an existential psychotherapist, executive coach and supervisor. Helle has worked in top management and consultancy at NGOs and private organisations such as director at Landsforeningen Spædbarnsdød, regional manager at Kræftens Bekæmpelse and as chief consultant and advisor at the business psychology consulting services, Kjerulf & Partners. She is associate professor and course supervisor at various educations, focusing on existential philosophy and psychology.


Maria Ellegaard Møller

Maria Ellegaard Møller comes has a background in the media industry. She has most recently worked in DR with communication, press, marketing, technology, creativity and learning. Maria has experience with social media, communication strategy and creative campaigns from her time as Social Media Consultant at Mindshare and her previous post as chairman of the board of UNGKOM (Young Communicators).

Maria holds a master in IT, learning and organizational change from Aalborg University and is also educated as a primary school teacher with major subjects Danish, social studies and food science.

Michala Bro Poulsen holds a BA in Intercultural Marketing Communication from Copenhagen Business School where she is now studying for a MSc in Business Administration and Organisational Communication, specialising in PR and marketing.

Michala has also worked for a London-based PR agency, IPR London, where she was showroom manager and PR assistant. Here, she was involved in branding, media relations, PR and marketing and was responsible for managing the interns, showroom and office. 


Monica Wass

Previously, she was employed at WWF (World Wildlife Fund) where she worked with written communication in topics such as sustainability, climate, and environment, social media, and campaign development. 



Nina Faurby Gadgaard

Nina Faurby has eight years of experience in communications and public relations, four of which are from her position as communications consultant at RelationsPeople. She has also worked as a local communications manager at Rambøll Oil and Gas in Qatar. Most recently, Nina worked as a press adviser at the financial services group Alm. Brand. Furthermore, Nina holds experience as a freelance journalist, especially passionate about travel features, as well as she is the author of the travel book “Turen går til Arabiske Halvø” published by Politikens Forlag. 

Nina Faurby holds a Master of Arts in Corporate Communications from Aarhus School of Business and has an additional degree in journalism from DMJX.
